His background spans launching companies from zero to substantial revenue, scaling cross-cultural teams, and managing trade operations across Hong Kong, Shenzhen and the UK.

An AI enthusiast who runs local LLMs daily, James has automated his own businesses to a high degree—giving him first-hand insight into what companies need from compute infrastructure today and tomorrow.

He's funding 100% of the pilot himself, using company-owned AI GPUs. The first cycle has already completed: hardware placed, utilisation tracked, payouts returned — real data, no guesswork.
